i like shane. he seems like the only one that could survive. rick likes to whine too much. one thing that irrates me is the word walker, like the word zombie doesn't exist in their world. and carl bothers me. that's a horrible name for a kid.

Actually, it doesn't, and zombie movies and games don't either. I just thought I'd point that out. Walker actually seems like the sort of word a person would think of in a world where the word zombie was never invented. I like that they use that. The word zombie sounds kind of silly to me actually, but it's ingrained into our real life culture so we are used to hearing it.

Glenn and the cute farmer girl are obviously gonna get married and begin repopulating the new world.
Maggie is HOT and if Glen doesn't get eaten then I will glady repopulate the world w/ her!

I like how the story is going so far, just sucks we have to wait until February to see what happens now. I really need to visit my local comic shop and get a hold of the comic books. Hopefully there's a graphic novel collection by volume that has them and I don't have to hunt down like 90 issues.
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!

Lots of Collections. You can get them in TPB's, Hardcover books covering two TPB's (which is what I collect), and they have at least one Compendium (48 issues).

 Robert Kirkman loves us.
Systems: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360

WTB: Boxes for a silver Gamecube System(and a hyperport cover), and a box for an Ice Blue N64 console. Will pay 7.50 for each and shipping.

Yes! I discoverd these yesterday on Amazon and have added the Compendium to my Christmas wish list! :D Eventually I'll get the remainder of the other volumes I saw on there as well.

this is one of the points of the show and was actually discussed in one of the Talking Dead shows. This is a world where the no one has ever heard of a zombie. They simply did not exist, they certainly were never a real thing, and they weren't in science fiction or pop culture. Therefor the word "zombie" is not in use.

If you had never heard of a "zombie" before and you encountered one, what exactly would you call it? I'm sure zombie wouldn't be the first word that came to mind.

It's back on tonight. I plan on watching it right after Once Upon a Time, which is on now

Watched it :D

I'm glad it's back on, but until those last few minutes it felt a bit slow to me. Next episode looks to be more exciting

As a side note, I was a little pissed that they forced me to wait until the commercial break of their next show to show the previews. I love comics and all, but forcing me to watch your new show so I can see next weeks preview pisses me off

another pointless episode except for the last 10 minutes. what was with them taking the time to pick up the arm that fell out of the truck?
i like dave navarro's take after the show, "It'd be great if we had another character bedridden for an entire season."
