Well, he did seem to be winning at the end there, so if nobody had stopped him, he probably would have (or at least snapped the guys neck). In hindsight, throwing him through that window probably wasn't Rickys best move, as there were more people outside that could break up the beat down.

I like how there is so little explanation for why Rick's face is so bloody in that scene. I played it off as though he went through the window wrong, but considering the other dude had hardly any blood, it made it hilarious.

Although Rick coming off so savage and brutal wouldn't be the same without his face covered in blood.

My friends and I were basically screaming "KISS HER CARL! KISS HER CARL!".

If I've learned one thing from years of watching pro wrestling, it takes very little to get someone bleeding a lot from the head. One glass shard nicking his forehead in the right spot could cause that amount of blood loss.

Rarely do we see any of the characters in this show mop the floor with someone in a hand to hand fight, not even Daryl and Michonne

Kicking zombie ass and fighting a real person are two different things.
