I want to be a Judge then. I have already beat Iron Storm and Weaponlord. Unless you meant Iron Storm on the Saturn and not the PC?
I almost beat Dark Seed once, Ive not played it since.

Bucky O'Hare is
tough. But it is mitigated by very generous checkpointing, so if you're willing to keep beating your head against that wall, you can make it through.
I'm just waiting for someone to volunteer for
Battletoads,
Holy Diver, or
Ninja Gaiden III (US).

Power blade and Ducktales are pretty easy I'd say. Chip and Dale is VERY easy. Also, I realise I keep sticking my nose in to comment on difficulty, but these are just games I beat, some of them fairly recently.
True facts, I think all 3 nes mario games are harder than like 50% of the rest of your list. People well practised in those games greatly underestimate their difficulty imo. Mario games are way harder than Mega Man

I'm not sure I'd go
way harder. Plus, I've been playing Mega Man games for so long that I have no real grasp of difficulty for them anymore. But then, I've
also been playing Mario games for so long that the same is true. I mean,
SMB3 I can pretty much beat in my sleep, and the game is very generous with extra lives.
The original
Mega Man is tough, no bones about it. Play it without the pause trick.

I think another consideration that has to be made is how different the three Mario games are on NES. They all control very differently. Mega Man, once you're past the first game's small control quirks, plays pretty much identically throughout all the games, which of course reduces some of the difficulty curve, especially when jumping between games. The first one you play in the series will likely be the hardest.
I'm going to hit on this again, but when folks submit their choices for consideration, it could be very useful to know the hardest game they've beaten so we can suss out relative skill levels. What I find easy and hard is going to vary quite a bit. I play waaaaay too many NES platformers, so games that are easy to me might be soul-crushing for someone else.

Any opinions on these:
1. Turtles - NES
2. Robocop vs Terminator - Genesis
3. Was thinking one of the Super Star Wars games SNES
4. Contra III - SNES
5. Demon's Crest SNES
Some I know from experience are hard, the others only by reputation.

Sorry didn't see you had posted on these prior, still can't find if you did lol, but I could be blind and missing the obvious.
I do know Robo v Terminator is tough, it is one I have played before

Steel Battalion - oXbox
Top Gun - NES
Ghosts n Goblins - NES
I have no desire to win a physical item, but when I do win, send it to Noise.

Haha, the hardest thing I've beaten probably isn't that difficult

It probably sounds a bit silly (since I don't think it has the reputation of being difficult), but the most difficult game I've beaten is probably
The Last of Us. I got stuck on quite a few sections in that one even though I played on Easy, but that may just be because I'm bad with third person shooting.
Also I realized that I chose mostly platformers for judging which is a genre that I'm especially bad at.
Super Mario World was too tricky for me, so that might say something about how bad I am at them

I have beaten
Klonoa: Door to Phantomille, but at least that one got difficult nearer to the end, where as I got stuck in
Super Mario World super early.
