oh great logic! So you can't come up with a single fact to back up your opinion so that makes us assholes? Nice logic! That makes perfect sense!Inazuma wrote:You guys are just being assholes now.

You think something said is bad based solely on if the person used curse words or not. I agree that being impolite is bad.It isn't even about whether they're bad or not. It's about courtesy and tact.

Game creators make what sells.
What sells now, is very different than what sold 10 years ago. This is because video games have gone mainstream. Casual gaming has gone from being almost nonexistent to being huge and growing at a very fast rate. Casual gaming is easily a multi-billion dollar market now. Game makers can't easily ignore that.
Sony and Microsoft invested millions to have their own motion games, so they could get a slice of the casual pie. Facebook added games like Farmville.

"I won the fucking lottery!"
"Oh shit! I'm gonna be late."
Are any of these examples impolite?

It's a good thing we have Inazuma here to sound the alarm bells that easily accessable forms of our media of choice will completely remove any other form of that media from the market. Just like what happened with TV, movies, books, and music. It is literally impossible to find a movie that isn't an easily digestable, mainstream popcorn flick.

Why is that impolite? None of those examples are insults or anything like that. They aren't saying harmful things.MrPopo wrote: Yes, all of them.
