I know, but after I saw one of them for $25 at the flea market, I got so upset that even those games fall under the Nintendo Premium. When I seriously want them, I know I'll find a better price. Right now my interest in them is casual.

That's the problem with a lot of the old Nintendo platformers. They just do "location saves", as I call them.
You really need to play it on the GBA. Super Mario Advance 3 saves your stocked lives, and you can get more than 99. Plus, 6 new exclusive levels, 1 in each world, upon game completion.
