Saw the pre-e3 thing by Iwata and this is all i got to say i, WOW!.

Nintendo is just great at creating new ideas and implementing them to a wide range of people that is so user friendly, even the i-phone compared seems cumbersome.

The WiiU controller pro is just amazing looking, even though some say its a copy of the 360 controller.

Owell even the 360 and ps3 took many ideas from Nintendo.

Buttons below the analog sticks? :?

Okaaay. Well that's definitely something I haven't seen before.

Perhaps to match the layout of the tablet controller?

To be honest, it probably isn't as uncomfortable as it may look to some. Wait until you hold it.

The more I hear about the Wii U the more I dislike it. Guys, look at that controller and tell me what sort of game it's catering to. Would a platformer even begin to work by using two sticks and occasionally moving down to the buttons and D-Pad? What about any non-twin stick shoot-em-up? Fighters? Nope. This thing is *made* for shooters. That's just the controller; don't get me started on Mii Facebook.

Disagree. Just because the two analog sticks are up top doesn't mean that most games will be twin stick. I would expect most games to NOT be, actually.

It also will probably work great for 3D platforming and adventure games, since most of the time your right thumb is controlling the camera in those games.

Again, none of us have held the controller so we don't actually know how comfy it is yet.

Nintendo already got Battlefield and Aliens to hop on board, and even the Wii's been getting the annual CoD game. I know that the Wii U being flooded with shooters would boost sales, especially if they advertised the fact that the Wii U has better specs well enough, but it's this sort of thing that's ruining gaming. I guess it won't be the last straw until Nintendo makes a semi-realistic Metroid Prime reboot a la Halo, but still, this certainly isn't a step in the right direction.

Those face buttons look like they might be clicky, DSi-style.

So you're concerned with Nintendo actually getting 3rd party support? What a travesty it would be for them to actually have games people want that aren't first party.
