Then I happen to be around another Play N Trade that I'm never at so I decided to stop in. First thing I spotted was a Tengen Tetris cart in the counter. Usually they put popular titles in the case with high price tags, so I asked how much. Turned out to be $20, and I was struggling to remember how much they go for on eBay. I bought it on a whim, but I just looked on eBay and they're all BIN's for $40 and up. So I'd say that was a good find, especially since those places are known for over pricing things. AND, buying it got me a free game. So I picked up Daffy Duck: The Marvin Missions for SNES. Don't know a thing about that game, maybe it's good, but it was free so I'm happy.
Then I stopped at Good Will and a local thrift shop. Good Will had NOTHING video game related, I was a little disappointed. The thrift shop had a case with a lot of video games in it, including a lot of NES carts with some SNES and Genesis carts. I started looking through the NES carts until I realized they were ALL priced $14.99. The hell with that. Then I was looking through their mess of a wall of electronics. There was one shelf with a mess of random AC adapters on it, so I decided to look through. I got an official Gameboy power adapter for 99 cents! I really don't have any use for it, but I figure for $1 I'll save it.
So who wants to buy a Tengen Tetris cart from me?
