I really liked this game. A lot. Just got up to castle world and I'm amazed at how many different levels there are. The cat suit is adorable.

But I have to say I feel the two Galaxy games are stronger for me, especially the second one. I would like to have a new Galaxy but secretly I want an HD remake of Sunshine

How much content does this game have? Is this a short Mario game? I don't want to plop down sixty bucks for a six hour tour through Mushroom Kingdom.

Maybe someone already answered this in the thread but I don't want to look through it 'cause some of you guys don't use spoiler tags as often as you should. :P

I'm undecided if I should get this or the new DKC... Cat Mario vs. monkeys...

It really depends on how much you want to put into I suppose. I've spent close to 30 hours on it, but my brother and I were watching the credits after 12 hours I guess. There's plenty of hidden things to find and this is the rare game for me where I actually feel like finding EVERYTHING.

There's basically 12 worlds in total though I haven't unlocked the last one yet.

TBH, I'm more concerned about Tropical Freeze's length since I've read there's only 6 Worlds. We'll find out I guess.

This game's been great so far.

I'm stuck at the threshold in Star World since I don't have 210 stars yet. I hit all the secondary levels, I think. So just gotta go back.

My favorite thing in the game so far .... is how cat Mario trots on the world map. He trots or trots fast. It's so stupid, but it's perfect.

I've got 100% on the first 8 Worlds, just got to go back at some point and finish up finding everything in the rest of them.

I like how Toad looks in his boomerang suit for some reason. Lol.

Rosalina's black cat suit too. O_o

I just love Toad in general. Whenever I choose him, I'm taken back to when I was 8 and playing Super Mario Bros 2 - I would always choose him just because I liked having an option to the Mario brothers.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Toad was best in SMB2 as a kid because he could pull up coins the quickest.

As an adult, I find Luigi the most fun due to finding shortcuts no one else can reach.

Despite thinking Cat Mario is the best power up EVER, I'd rank this game below Mario/Luigi U. 3D World is less challenging and multiplayer is more chaotic than fun.

It's definitely easier, but multiplayer on a 2D plane where you can't walk through each other is a nightmare.

3D World also has much more imaginitive levels IMO.

To people saying the game is less challenging, have you finished all the levels, the last maybe 15 levels of the game are pretty hard with the last 2 being just evil.
