I just bought this game, complete with box and manual, for only about 400 yen over the weekend. I tried out the battle system and boy, you are right---it does put an interesting, unique spin on battles! Rotating with the L and R shoulder buttons to decide which enemies to face is rather unique.

Guardian War on 3DO also uses that

That's a pretty cool mechanic, thanks. I'll definitely need to look into that.

If anyone's heard of Dragon Force or have ever played it, Dragon Force 2 for the Saturn is great. Adds a lot from the original, and the menus are the same mostly, so if you've played the original enough, it's a lot easier to navigate the sequel if you don't know Japanese, like me.
