flexwood it sounds like you are talking about a voting system per user, not per post like discussed previously. I honestly never thought about a per user system, since our existing system works well enough.

Re: Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
I've noticed an influx of new users making threads in the BST ignoring the two-week rule.
I know it has been brought up before, but surely there must be a way to lock out new users from posting in the marketplace sub-forum?

Having a "First Unread" button whenever searching through threads you've commented on. By clicking this, you immediately jump to the newest unread post in that thread. I'm also a frequent poster on Dakka Dakka, a wargaming site, and this really is a helpful feature to immediately find the last place you left off in a thread.

Sadly that is not an easy to implement feature according to our head database developer.Retrogamer0001 wrote:Having a "First Unread" button whenever searching through threads you've commented on. I block them as often as I can.Adam wrote:I think your search engine bots on the forums are attracting some spam recently. Delete the Chinese and Russian ones? It is an English language forum, so I don't see the need for having these spiders on the forums? Maybe you can disable them?
Just a suggestion.

On the regular form style, the 'read unread post' link isn't at the top of the page.dsheinem wrote:

The icon next to the thread title when browsng boards is though.

Huh. It didn't show up for me when I check some posts where the other icon appeared. How odd.dsheinem wrote:another reason AcidTech>all I guessalienjesus wrote:On the regular form style, the 'read unread post' link isn't at the top of the page.dsheinem wrote:
