The box art for CBS Atari 2600 games is awesome. It's like they couldn't decide if they wanted to use artwork or a screenshot, so they threw in both. And it actually works. See here:

They know you’ll have to apply some imagination on top of what you’re seeing on-screen, so they are priming you for cool stuff so you are less likely to imagine dumb stuff
