its a tie for me either tekken 2, tekken tag, or sould calibur, i wasted about 20% of my life playing those damn games

Caught between soulcalibur and tekken3, both i've logged in an absurd amount of time into.

fighting vipers for saturn
tekken 3 for ps1
power stone 2 for dc

It's either Soul Calibur for Dreamcast, or Virtua Fighter...any Virtua Fighter, they all have their charms, though I do believe the later ones were more refined...

Which one? If you are talking Online... then maybe. If I remember correctly DOA online was the only one of the 2 series that wasnt ridiculously easy to pull off counters. Way too easy on the other versions.

But anyways... probably Mortal Kombat 4.... hahaha just kidding.

For me, Virtua Fighter 2 or DOA Online.

I'm more of a 2D fighter fan but I did enjoy Virtua Fighter 2 on the Saturn and Virtua Fighter 4 on the PS2.

I usually play DOA2LE on DC, occastionally i play ultimate on PS2. I never said it was the best 3d fighter ever, just my favorite. My friends and I enjoy all the counters, makes it more frustrating.
