Yea. The problem was having about 20 min of content for a 40 - 45 min episode. Things dragged on. My friend was ranting about how the directing sucked for the episode, but I don't know how much better it could have been done with the limited amount of content they had to work with.

What annoyed me is that even if the gun didn't go off, it still could have been effective. At the end, Rick could have noticed it while leaving, thus further establishing the Governor's untrustworthyness. It wouldn't have saved the episode but it would have been something.

i can't understand why the gov just didn't shoot rick. what, you had a guy with a crossbow and a one legged old man outside. that's 1/4 of the group. pretty sure he could take the prison for michonne after that. having that gun under the table really served no purpose.

Well he wanted to cause uncertainty within the group as well as take a chance at getting Michone out of the picture without to much of a fight. I mean really she could kill a majority of the Governors forces single handedly if she had the time and resources. She has got to be one of the most OP characters in the series.

Plus maybe he is hoping they will bring more troops for the slaughter next time.

Either way next episode should be freaking awesome unless they drag their feet again.

That is quite an exaggeration. A couple guys with guns could easily kill Michonne, TV version OR comic book version. Speaking of which, there is a character late in the comic book series that kicks both Michonne's and another character's ass quite easily, AT THE SAME TIME.

I didn't mean in a head on war or anything :P. What i meant was given a couple months she could probably widdle away at their numbers pretty efficiently. She seems to be one of the stronger and more adaptive/intelligent characters at least in the TV series. Plus the majority of the Governor's troops aren't exactly what I would call combat experienced.

Loved the wobbly prop tree when Andrea was being attacked.

looked like the zombie that attacked her was more interested in making out with her arm instead of biting it. i was waiting for her to drive off in the guv's truck or at least slash his tires, but i guess that would have made too much sense.

He didn't necessarily leave the keys in there. But yea, slashing the tires wouldn't hurt. I will assume that she exited on the opposite side of the building and did not want to risk going back.

Milton is the man. I assume he'll be dead soon.

according to the rules in the cabin in the woods, the keys would've been above the visor.

but yeah, i'm just nitpicking.
