You don't want Call of Duty Black Ops II ?
So how much did the Saturn cost you? Sorry maybe its mentioned in the thread but I didn't get to see it

There have been many arguments against classmates because of this, I'll say something about a retro game, someone else tells me that the XBOX360 is the best console ever and how MW3 rocks, then I disagree and tell him that the SNES is the best console ever, then my friend will disagree and say the N64 is the best console ever, then I start arguing with him and forget about the other guy. I hate Modern Warfare, one of the reasons being that the single-player mode is abandoned in favor of multi-player. I suck at these games so of course my time in multi-player consists of getting shot out of nowhere. It's frustrating, to say the least.
I paid $60 for the Saturn, $34 for Enemy Zero, $20 for Darius Gaiden.

Mortal Kombat's never interested me. The first 3 seemed to be going for style over substance, most of the others apparently weren't very good...

I like this kid! Come into my classroom any time.

Also, for the Saturn, get a Pro Action Replay 4-in-1 cart. They are around $30. Then look up some of the Japanese game import sites. The Saturn games are a lot cheaper from Japan. Maybe for Christmas or something, you can give your parents a want list from a site like this? Most every action game is totally playable in English.

Not everybody wants to get into imports. Though you are correct, Saturn games in Japan are so much cheaper and easier to find.

Psst! Kid. Have I got some deals for you!

But seriously though, the Saturn is something of an investment. A lot of games that made it to both systems are of course cheaper on the PSX. Saturn Bomberman is a little difficult to break out (because of all the gamepads).

However, fighting games, shooters, and some quality RPGs... the Saturn's got tons of exclusives in those categories.
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

Plus a spare in case of trouble. I'm pretty sure Fastbilly has everything needed as well. Now if I could only get 10 people together for a game. :?

Yes they do. Get into imports.

Sega Rally? $1.50
NiGHTS? $1.50
Galactic Attack/Layer Section? Okay, that is like $20-30
Street Fighter Alpha/Zero 2? $3.50
Panzar Dragoon? $5

Those are the same games that you just mentioned.

Darkstalkers' Revenge, Daytona USA, Street Fighter Zero, Virtua Fighter 1, Remix and 2, Fighting Vipers, etc.... all in the $1-2 range.

Where are these insanely cheap imports that you speak of? I'd LOVE to snag copies of Street Fighter Zero 2, NiGHTS, and Panzer Dragoon for a total of 10 bucks + shipping

edit: and Darkstalker's revenge would be just kick ass for a buck or two!

or for the price of a small switch and some wire from Radio Shack he could just region mod his Saturn. It's easy enough. I did it when I was a wee teen.
