Just beware if you don't like QTEs.
As Xeogred has pointed out to me, these QTEs are of a different nature. They're pretty much parody QTEs really.
It's like the From Software saw how well people were responding to the QTEs in God of War, put them in their game as a joke, and intentionally made them ridiculous as possible.
Check out that topic to read some of my thoughts on Ninja Senki, and to get a link for a free download. The game is absolutely awesome, and gets very challenging at the end. A gamepad is definitely recommended.

I think they're both pretty poor names actually. But pardon me while I go watch some Hawaii Cop.
I don't so much about the word "Five-O". It's just that it feels condescending to me when a game everywhere else is "Ninja Cop", but here in the good old USA, we get "Ninja Five-O". It feels like a ploy to get people to buy the game because there was a slang word in there.
As I just finished Shinobi X (Shinobi Legions in Europe): game is amazing (and I also love the movies!). Probably people didn't like it as much also because it focuses so much on the sword (I finished it without using knives). I really should play more of the Shinobi games including 3.
Well it seems Rikimaru, Ayame(from Tenchu) and Raikoh(from Otogi)are playable characters in 3D Dot Game Heroes. They're not user created either. It seems like the developers put them in there. Pretty cool
