Learn to take it, man. You complain about the Ballz 3D joke being repeated so often, but then you keep bringing up Ball Blazer over and over. And besides, I wouldn't call it flaming.CRTGAMER wrote:Dude I already PMed you on your flames directed at me. KNOCK IT OFF!

Once retrosportsgamer.com launches (coming soon - get your tickets now!), I'm looking to implement something very similar to "together retro" a handful of times a year. NFL Blitz will definitely be a part of that, but it's hard with only half a month (considering all racing game are bundled together) to play together here.Xeogred wrote:How about Blitz 64 for Sports...

So regarding RPG's -- what's everyone's thoughts on Ys? And if you feel good about it, what's your preference of Ys 1 vs Ys 3?

Ys 3 so I don't have to buy a Power Base converter.noiseredux wrote:So regarding RPG's -- what's everyone's thoughts on Ys? And if you feel good about it, what's your preference of Ys 1 vs Ys 3?
Or
Ys 1 so I have an excuse to buy a Power Base converter.
Actually I was planning on buying one either way. So, I'm an "either way works for me" vote.
Older. Not wiser.

No WRPG?
But if that's what the people demand, I guess that's ok with me. I'm actually halfway through Ys 1&2 on my Duo, so I'll probably participate.
But really, Y's 1&2 at least play a lot like a Zelda game. It's really more of an Action Adventure game, and I think we already picked Golden Axe Warrior. Maybe a Ys game would be a better fit for that slot, and we could still do a WRPG this year?
