What's your username mean?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Frag Mortuus loosely translates to "Death by Fragment" in Latin. Which is from Unreal Tournament when you got killed the channel would say "%username% death by %weapon%" So when I chose my nickname I wanted something that sounded cool and came up with "Death by Frag", typed it into a latin translater and out popped "Frag Mortuus". I loved it.

Let me try! Let me try!

My username comes from me often misspelling "dead" in online games. And "srs" kind of just naturally follows "ded" in my mind. And as anyone can tell, I'm all about the business being srs.

EDIT: My avatar, since we're doing that I guess, just kind of fits. I hope to upload a signature that matches soon. I might change my avatar to this though...

I think my username is relatively self explanatory, but sometimes I wonder if others are reading it as 'pie rot.'

Pierrot is a stock character of Commedia dell'Arte. He's perhaps most famously known for his rocky relationship with Columbine, and being tricked by she and Harlequin. The most immediately recognizable image of Pierrot, these days, is probably that of a clown in white garb with his face painted white, and a tear drawn under his eye in black. This representation of Pierrot comes from the opera, Paggliaci. The aria "Vesti La Giubba," from Paggliaci, was used in the episode of Harvey Birdman, "The Dabba Don," and a number of other instances in popular culture—sung by Pavarotti here.

My avatar is just a screen from Monster World IV where I like to pretend Arsha just slaughtered one of the cow-pigs to send a message, but the other one is too dimwitted to realize anything happened.

Originally was going to be Frag 'em but I thought the additional S sounded better :P. Back in 2003 after Halo had just come out on the PC and I was just starting to get into online gaming at the age of 12 I thought it was a good name. Plus it was unique enough at the time that nobody had really used it. Now there are around 5+ of us with more coming each year  have a lot of Fragems001 accounts now :P.
