The second quest has some sadistic dungeon design.

I haven't read the entire thread, but I assume people have pointed out that the Ocarina of Time boomerang is in the dungeon, Wind Waker gives you a map of the triforce locations, and Twilight Princess actually shows on screen the bridge section during the scene Midna asks you to find it (and you have literally only played through one section of the world at that point, so you can't miss it, especially since Midna also offers to teleport you).

That said, Skyward Sword is by far the most linear and hand-holding Zelda game I have played. You should have no complaints other than "Fi, stop the damn beeping and leave me alone! I don't care that my batteries are low!"
