there are other examples of PAL/NTSC-J releases that didn't get US releases on the saturn, but most of them got releases on other consoles in the US (3D Lemmings, Mega Man X3, Riven: The Sequel to Myst) or just aren't that notable. i think this one and Deep Fear are the two biggest western omissions, though.
