Who gives out dark chocolate squares on Halloween though?

I would hope Mr.Monopoly, Mr.Peanut, Professor Plumb, and any other monocle sporting gentleman would kindly serve dark chocolate squares on Halloween as their candy of choice.

I also hate the parents who drive their kids from house to house. You wouldn't believe the number of minivans that were stopping in front of houses unloading kids only to pick them back up and move to the next house with a porch light on.

Almost everyone where I live does that, but we don't care. It's a rural area, you either drive or hit 5 houses in 1 hour.

You have an excuse though. It grates me when you see that in a suburb. Just walk and keep an eye on your kids people- it's called parenting.

I kind of wish my apartment complex had more kids so I'd have an excuse to decorate the place and give out candy. There's a pair of infant twins, an Indian family, and that's it in the building I'm in. The rest are college students.
