Insanity sounds nice, but is it one where you NEED to be in shape before attempting it CFFJR? That is the very definition of P90X right there. I tried the first two days out and think I almost died, I also seriously wonder if it helped cause my hernia last year... lol. But yeah the first session was 60 minutes of various pushups and arm bar pullups, nonstop. May as well bench press your car while you're at it.
