Most disturbing/disgusting horror movie scenes

There's a lot of great disturbing stuff in what I've seen of Jodorowsky's films, perhaps made more disturbing because they aren't appearing in a horror movie...

I remember that opening scene in El Topo where he heads into the town and sees everyone lying on the ground covered in blood and people stuck on pillars. That image stayed in my head for a while. The burning of bunnies was also a 'Damn' moment more in the sense of 'That is a lot of bunnies being burned'.

And no nod to human centipede?

Audition is so fucked up but Takashi Miike outdone it with Ichi The Killer, the opening credits pop up from a puddle of real semen , girls get their nipples cut off, a guy mutilates his tongue, it's insane.

As for The Human Centipede, it's just too stupid and the sequel seems to be trying to hard to shock, I mean, barb-wire rape, staple gun surgery, the guy injects laxatives on every person and they end up eating diarrhea, etc. It just feels forced, specially since the first film was fairly subtle.

And this isn't a horror movie, but thescene in GOONIESwhere Chunk had his hand in a blender scared me to death, but also made me laugh.

I was comparing it to HC2 and well, the first one is fairly gore-less, the second one isn't and not only that but when they start eating (This is making me sick) apparently the poop starts falling of their mouths .

I like to think I have a pretty strong stomach, but there was a scene in Rise: Blood Hunter where Lucy Liu goes to feed and you can just see the skin stretching as she bites it before ripping a piece off. For some reason that just really makes me twitch.
