Dreamcast hands down.
The N64 could be close, but the N64 also has the worst game ever made, Superman 64, so it should be disqualified!

I'd argue that Xbox Live doesn't make a game better or worse, all it does is give a game more replayability. Yes, there's at least one game (Steel Battalion: Line of Conflict) that is multiplayer only, but even that merely receives value from Live. You can still play the game across a local LAN (which requires a fuckton of room what that controller).

I think the Neo Geo has a good percentage. Though few of their best titles are as good as the best titles on other systems, they have a fairly consistently good arcade style across all of their games. There are very few classics from that system, but I generally enjoy each Neo Geo game I play.

Virtual Boy?

I'm kinda serious.
Think about it -- they were pretty much all first-party Nintendo games...
Come on now. Most of those first party games were awful.
Were the GAMES awful or the EXPERIENCE?
I'd say the experience of the system itself was terrible, along with the games stinking.

I dunno, it's really hard to say. I figure as a start it would be easy to go on metacritic or gamerankings and count the number of games with a score of 80% and over against all the games for each system at least for some of the more recent systems.
For me it's more important what the total number of good games are on a system rather than the percentage. Nobody's forcing me to buy the crappy games anyway. I'd rather own the system that has 20 good games out of 50 than the system with 10 good games out of 10.

Virtual boy I would say 50% are good the rest are OK or bad. I think it should go to the Amiga CD32. Yes there are bad games but I would say more then 60% are good.

What about it? I don't think it's a contender here, really.

I'm not going to take the time to tally things up personally, but I would imagine the SNES, Dreamcast and Neo Geo would be up there. SNES probably has the most pure "good" games (mind you, this all subjective) but the Dreamcast has a high percentage because it was killed off, and NG didn't have really any third-party or licensed games to stink up the library.
I see the points about the Virtual Boy and Sega Pico, etc, but.........
