You sir, are wrong...I am one of the forum members that went on a rampage about this before. I lost close to 700$. A guy had gotten one of the many ps3's from me off ebay. He left good feedback showing he loved it. Tracking number confirmed he got it. All he did was file a complaint, we called paypal...the FIRST time they slipped up and said oh he used a stolen credit card *so its there fault for not figuring that out...not mine*, they NEVER told us that again in a conversation. THen they said because no one signed for it....that he was getting his money back. Keep in mind I had feedback FROM HIM...SAYING...he loved the items...AND a tracking number SHOWING it was dropped at his house by ups.Jrecee wrote:I don't believe for a second paypal will remove money from your account and do any sort of refund on your behalf. He is coming up with a bunch of bs to get you to give in and refund the game for him.
My information to you...stay nice in emails....stay nice on the phone....everytime this happens, play nice. If you ship anything require a signature....NO MATTER WHAT. The only time I wont is for forum members here. If possible let someone else pack it, so when you ship it it was known that THEY packed it if its damaged. Being as it was just one game, and you have the emails from sega, I think you will be fine. BUT....paypal will screw you if you are not careful. Also check your emails all the time....if someone files a complaint...they will NOT call you and will NOT snail mail you. ONLY emails....You would think if they are about to take 675$ from you...they would call, but no. Anyone good luck and I wish you the best.
