Re: What are you looking forward to in E3?
So, I thought Nintendo was going to reveal LoZ:MM3D. As far as I can tell, it didn't happen, right?
Also, here are my take aways from E3, this year:
I finally want an XB1 for the following games (but will still be holding out for a while):
Dead Rising 3 (but may go with the PC version)
Halo Collection
Crackdown 3
Halo 5
Sony:
Bloodborne Frick Yeah
The Last of Us: Remastered Frick Yeah
Diablo III on PS4 with awesome TLOU and SotC content, Frick Yeah
Playstation TV Frick Yeah!
Ratchet and Clank: Remaster Frick Yeah!
Grand Theft Auto V: Frick Yeah! (But I'll probably go with PC because higher resolution, frame rate, and modability as long as its a good port, if not they PS4 Frick Yeah!)
Nintendo. Killed. E3. Mind=Blown:
NFC Toys. My kids and I will LOVE these. AWESOME!
Yoshi's Wooly World. AWESOME!
Zelda Wii U. AWESOME!
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. These were my favorite parts of SM3DW. AWESOME!
Bayonetta 2. With Metroid and Zelda stuffs. Plus the entire first game. AWESOME!
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. AWESOME!
Hyrule Warriors being crazy and.......AWESOME!
Xenoblade Chronicles X. A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
Splatoon. My whole family will like playing this. AWESOME!
Star Frickin' Fox. AWESOME!
Smash Bros. I had no interest in this game until I saw all the awesomeness at E3. Plus those awesome controllers. AWESOME!
Mario vs Donkey Kong Wii U. AWESOME!
Devil's Third. AWESOME!
Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright. AWESOME!
Phoenix Wright Collection. AWESOME!
Multiconsole (These all look awesome):
Assassin's Creed Unity
Final Fantasy Type 0
Metal Gear Solid V
Mortal Kombat X
The Witcher 3
Destiny
Evolve
Dead Island 2
Rainbow Six: Siege
The Crew
Alien Isolation
Batman Arkham Knight
IMO, Microsoft had a good presentation but didn't WOW me. Sony had a little bit more to entice me which got me ready for some awesome games and services from them. But Nintendo killed it. They did exactly what I hoped for except announce a new Metroid or FZero. I don't think their show could have been much better. I'm so glad that they are sticking to their guns and seeing the Wii U through to the end. They have offered up some really new and awesome products and made me super stoked that I'm a Wii U owner.
Also, those games listed for Multiconsole all look awesome. I wish I had the time to play them all.
The things I'm most surprised about is that other than Uncharted 4, there wasn't a big reveal from either Microsoft or Sony concerning any of their AAA franchises (that weren't remasters). No God of War, no Gears, no Halo 5 info, no Last Guardian, nothing.

At least DQ XI is in development as a home console game!
We'll never get that in the west either.

Re: What are you looking forward to in E3?
Hopefully never. The last couple of console Mana games were ass. Children of Mana on DS was the tits though. Hope we see a 3DS or Vita Mana game. A port or remake of 聖剣伝説3 would be ideal, but it ain't gonna happen.Retrogamer0001 wrote:When are we going to get a console Mana game? It's been too damn long...
