Yeah, work updated Firewall for the first time in several years. It doesnt block Facebook or Gamefaqs, but it does Reddit, Racketboy, and parts of Something Awful and Wikipedia. Funny enough it also blocks one of our engineering databases...

Good luck with Robot Odyssey by the way. You're a hero.

It's possible. Key-glyph does so regularly. She's like some paragon of Genesis justice, though.Exhuminator wrote:Beating the USA version of that game fair and square... I stopped some ways into chapter 5 of Trauma Center when I played it. My hands just don't move fast enough with the stylus to get me further. Also, I didn't like the game all that much. I often forget it exists.alienjesus wrote:I find it interesting you though this was tough. I actually thought the difficulty in the game was overexaggerated myself :S

I bought Trauma Center for my wife shortly after getting my Wii. She's a doctor and I thought it would be some cutesy casual game she'd have fun with.

After I beat the game I made a more honest slip-cover for my copy:BoneSnapDeez wrote:I bought Trauma Center for my wife shortly after getting my Wii. She's a doctor and I thought it would be some cutesy casual game she'd have fun with.

Here's an excerpt from my favorite review of Trauma Center: Under The Knife on DS:
"As of the writing of this review, I still have not been able to finish the final surgery of the story. I came close a few times, but after one entire day of attempts I still wasn't able to pull it off. Between the frustration and stylus-induced tendinitis, I eventually had to put Trauma Center: Under the Knife aside for the sake of both my health and my sanity.
Although I'm sure that real surgery takes real skill, I firmly believe that the game would have been better served by lowering the overall difficulty and reserving the steepest challenges as some kind of hardcore extra content. After all, it's hard enough to perform unassisted open-heart surgery—unassisted open-heart surgery versus a regenerating, web-spinning ball of pure evil is going a little bit too far."

This game was designed by the dude who invented Etrian Odyssey, I rest my case.

Okay Raz, you've got plenty of vetted games to choose from. Let me know when you have your three decided, and I'll finish your registration.

I had my troubles with Trauma Series too. It didn't take too long until i switched to easy on Second Opinnion on the Wii and everything was managable after that until the last boss. I always sucked at drawing that pentagram or what ever and i avoided using it. Well at the end of the game though you have to use it and you have only few seconds to do or you fail and have to start the boss all over again. Needless to say that i ended up rage quitting after couple of tries.

Still waiting on these folks to list their chosen 3 games:
dsheinem
Jmustang1968
Kuruwin
Raz
I believe everyone but dsheinem has had lists of games vetted already, they just need to pick their three. I'm sure Ack would be happy to create a list of 3 games for dsheinem if he's having difficulty doing so himself.
