I had the same thought today at work - maybe I should sell the PS3 right now and start financing the Wii U. It's honestly the smartest thing I think Nintendo could have done.

Less innovation, more fun. Plain and simple.

Consoles should not be completely based around gimmicks. because, let's face it, they are just that, gimmicks. Talk trash about the 360 all you want, but the console did quite well this generation. With normal games, played with a normal controller. Would you believe it?...

I'm not sure I can put how I feel into words. I think it has very cool potential, but this thing is just not for me.

I'm feeling really tentative this early on. But unless Sony or Microsoft shows off something totally different than what they've been doing there's a good chance the WiiU will be my only next gen console, being able to play from my bed kinda seals the deal for me.
