What surprised me the most is how this meal leaves me satisfyingly stuffed.
Thought this was going to be a light meal. Not...
By the way...
Wild salmon: €3.15
Leek: €0.40
Parsnip: €1.25
Only €4.80 and ready in 20 minutes. Can't beat that...

Re: What are you eating?
Parsnips have quite a bit of fiber, so that's not too surprising. Better than my meal of nothing last night. I was so hungry this morning.elmagicochrisg wrote:It was... ^^Stark wrote:Sounds delish.elmagicochrisg wrote:Steamed wild salmon with skin, leeks (only the green part) and stir-fried parsnip...

Re: What are you eating?
You been talking to my friend, he literally said that to me at lunch today. I was complaining that I skipped dinner and breakfast and he said "It's called intermittent fasting." Heh.elmagicochrisg wrote:Which is not a bad thing per se.Stark wrote:Better than my meal of nothing last night. I was so hungry this morning.

Took the day off to cook and game. So far the only thing I've accomplished today is raking buttloads of leaves.

Re: What are you eating?
I made cinnamon rolls for dinner/breakfast. I've never done it before, but it turned out that both the rolls and the frosting are easier to make than I ever figured.
