Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces

Truth be told, I think the only Sonic games I ever beat were on Game Gear as a kid. I have played all the Genesis Sonics as an adult. I think Sonic 2 + Knuckles is my favorite out of those. Mania is very well done though. I definitely see what the fuss was all about. I'm glad that I held out for the physical version. I really enjoyed when

one of the boss fights was Mean Bean Machine.

Yup that part blew my mind.

It's cool this could be the start of a nice career for him and other ventures, BUT I want to be super selfish and hope him and his team still keep this partnership with Sega going and we can get Mania 2 with 100% all new levels!

Me too! In fact, I want more. Let him finally remaster Sonic 3 & Knuckles and release a full physical collection with all of his remasters of the classic Genesis games on (Sonic CD included). It's about time those were on consoles, since they're all still exclusive to mobile.

And he said he wants to explore 3D? Well let's get him on board for a Generations 2 and make the game that Sonic Forces should have been. Oh oh oh and get him to make a Sonic Adventure type of 3D Sonic game too! I'd love to see what he could do with 3D Sonic, since he understands Sonic so well.
