E3 2016
Re: E3 2016
Playstation needs more exclusives. What's on offer is still paltry, and yes I know development cycles have become more expensive and time-consuming, but the PS4 needs to evolve beyond being "that" console that people play GTA and CoD on.

Oh shit, Dawn of War III has me excited! Back to the large scale actions of the first game with hero units, so basically Warcraft III.

Re: E3 2016
As an Xbone owner I have a lot of complaints about their showing: Pimping Xbone/Windows 10 crossover has a negative connotation to customers, if anything. The added features to the dashboard were meh, especially after the guy spent so much time talking about how they listen to the community. Not that it should be their main focus, but I expected some great backwards compatibility news and got almost none. The Scorpio thing was the biggest blue balls I can remember from E3. Your big finale is announcing you have a new console in the works to be released in a year and a half? It'll be the most powerful console ever you say? That's a bold statement a year and a half in advance given how fast technology moves.
Ok now that said, they showed off a TON of games. A good chunk of them were exclusives too. At the end of the day that's all you can really ask for. Also they gave *gasp* actual ship dates for a good number of games, and most of the main titles they wanted to highlight will actually release well before E3 2017. I loved Sony's conference last year but every game that had people losing their minds isn't even out yet.
The conference sorely lacked a wow factor, but they showed off what feels like a hundred games. I'd say that's a solid effort, even if they managed to bore me throughout.

ReCore being cross-buy is troubling for me. I don't want to deal with the Windows store.

Scalebound and ReCore coming to PC?
Yep, never need an Xbone confirmed.

Well, I know you're being snarky because Vita, but Sony hasn't had their presentation yet; that comes at 6pm Pacific.Exhuminator wrote:So lots of Vita news I take it.
