Oh, that's interesting. I barely remember that game, never had a chance to try it.

Isn't it text input? I remember it being very fiddly and never recognising what I wanted it to do. I was pretty young though at the time and ended up dropping it pretty quickly. I think I moved on to Syberia which I remember being awesome
