And I hope the level design is at least as good as Bloodborne. To me the various pathways and shortcuts and big sprawling area's of Dark Souls 1 have yet to be beaten. Bloodborne was close, but not quite there. So please be a little better than Bloodborne?
Agreed, combat wise I'm hoping Dark Souls 3 is the best of both worlds. I loved how Bloodborne gave us additional attacks and a new attack button. But it was also kind of sad to see the treasure chest of weapons diminish... even though there is a LOT of filler junk equipment in the Dark Souls games, I think Bloodborne just needed more variety, even after the excellent DLC. It got kind of boring after awhile using the same weapon or two for the entire thing, then if you tried out others you were kind of screwed because of how rare the materials were for upgrading... there were a few faults there. The blacksmithing was a lot better in the previous Dark Souls games. I'll admit Demon's could get kind of grindy, but at least you could farm materials and not be forced to go into another NG+ to get that ONE Blood Rock.
(I know recent patches have changed things, but yeah)

Also please From Software, put the damn jump button back to one of the shoulder buttons like Dark Souls 2 had it. Lost count of my accidentally frantic jumps in Bloodborne because I was just trying to run from something. lol, it was a very backwards decision after Dark Souls 2's change I thought.

I know a lot of people like the L3 jump change, I personally never could get used to it. Dash double tap will always be jump for me!

I suppose it's not a big deal, but I'd prefer they actually release the game first before talking publicly about DLC for it. Hearing that there's gonna be two DLC for the game makes me consider waiting for the inevitable "Game of the Year" edition type thing that always comes out which'll include the DLC.

Well, okay, for normal games hearing about DLC early makes me consider waiting for a GOTY edition. To be honest, this is Dark Souls we're talking about, I'm gonna want to play the game as close to release as possible regardless.

^ I wish that's how it worked in general. Pre-emptive talk about DLC is lame as balls.

That said From Software has proven to break the mold and actually puts out good quality DLC, so I'm not disappointed or anything.

I just hope Dark Souls 3 isn't as short as Bloodborne, because if it is then I will be a little ticked off and wish this DLC was in there from the beginning...

See that if you pre-order on XB1 you get DS for free? Pretty neat.

Huh, where's that? That's kinda weird. I'm guessing it's a download code for the 360 version of Dark Souls?

Yes it is download code for 360. Dark Souks isn't currently listed as Backwards Compat, so I assume it is coming between now and the release of DS3.

Another pretty cool edition to Dark Souls III. Dark Souls III: Estus Flask Edition! Gamespot.com shows off this pretty awesome $120+ strategy guide. This game is getting expensive but I must, for Miyazaki.
