A nice setup for it is the Playstation 3D display. With a 24" screen, you're not going to want to sit too far away anyway, and the monitor has a special PSP zoom mode that fits game video exactly to the screen.8bit wrote:The video out feature over component is actually kinda lame, its letterboxed down way too small, the cord is too short for most setups, and it's awkward using the system with a cord on the bottom.

My psp 3000 with the extended life battery lasts nearly 11 hoursJmustang1968 wrote:My vita has better battery life than my psp 2000.ZenErik wrote:If you think the PSP 3000 battery life sucks then you have yet to meet the 3DS and Vita.

I got 7 - 8 hours when I had a PSP 3000. But I also only used the memory stick. Never used UMD. Vita is about 5 hours. 3DS is about 3 1/2. 3DS XL is solid like the Vita.

Thats lowest brightness no sound and running a game off the memory stick, emulators tend to drain the batteries on mine fasterZenErik wrote:I got 7 - 8 hours when I had a PSP 3000. For what it's worth, I generally had WiFI off on the PSP. Low - mid brightness and headphones. With the Vita I leave the WiFi and Bluetooth on because it doesn't greatly affect the battery. With my 3DS XL I leave the WiFi off unless necessary because it does affect battery life quite a bit.ninjainspandex wrote:Thats lowest brightness no sound and running a game off the memory stick, emulators tend to drain the batteries on mine fasterZenErik wrote:I got 7 - 8 hours when I had a PSP 3000. Back to PSP and PS2. Both are wonderful.

That is good to know! I hope to snag one of these if it ever gets near ~$100.isiolia wrote: A nice setup for it is the Playstation 3D display. I saw that too and now I holding out for the day when they get back to that price. Also I need to have a third bedroom or something that it would actually make sense having it in....Jmustang1968 wrote: They were on best buy BF. I waffled on getting one and they sold out
