That is really hard to do. If you have it rigged up with just buttons for the feet it is kinda doable. I use to multibox an MMO by playing a character in each hand and a tank with my feet on a trackball.Hobie-wan wrote:Hands on mice, feet on keyboards. You can do it either via KVM and hop back and forth, or do it the right way and play both at the same time!

Depending on how deterministic the AI is, you actually could pull off controlling two Half Lifes with a splitter.

It's somewhat disheartening knowing you're going to play a game with an unfinished story, be it this or even HL3. I don't believe at any point that Valve is going to give HL a proper conclusion. It's the Berserk of the gaming world, albeit running on the infamous Valve-time.

Well, HL1 did have a finished story. The sequel bait was like the end of Super Mario Bros. the movie. You shut down the dimensional vortex. The fact that you're now in deep freeze due to being a useful individual doesn't mean that the original plot wasn't wrapped up. Now HL2, that one ends on much more of a cliffhanger (destroying the Citadel doesn't destroy the Combine any more than the Death Star destroyed the Empire) and the Episodes just added more "hey, there's more story, but you gotta wait for it".

I just seriously hope that HL3 finishes the story (FINISHES finishes. Not like Halo 3...).
But I wonder if gaming studios would ever lest a franchise run its course and end, or they will just milk them for as long as they sell like the comic industry does with its characters.

Edit: Nothing!
Edit #2: Now that they smartened up to upload the torrent to an external host, I can see more than forty thousand peers are after the game. *gulp*
