SONIC GENERATIONS still has the sonic jumping "whooop" sound, and the beautiful ring collecting "bling!".

SMOOTH MOVES on the wii has a bunch of old nintendo sound effects too.

Only thing is they're rehashes of old Beeps and Boops, so not sure if they qualify.

How about the LEGO series? They may not go Beep Boop, but they sure have a lot of Clickity Clackity sound effects to them.
