Does anyone still play the original ps1 console and games?

I have an original Playstation that works when it feels like it. It is mod chipped and that is the only reason I keep it around. Most of the time I use my PS2 to play PS1 games.

I have one around because like many people, my PS2 won't play PS1 games anymore. I'm still working on completing Legend of Dragoon and Metal Gear Solid. I also will pop in Vagrant Story every once in a blue moon as it may in fact be my favorite game of all time.
I do regret not getting into the Mega Man legends series yet.

So I do play it some. Not as often as other consoles though.

I recently bought a fat and I have a PSone as well. I still play it regularly, I received my copy of Medievil 2 today!

I still play my PSX pretty regularly. I like it because it has a vast library with something to offer in any genre. It was also the first console I owned, and I have fond memories of many of its exclusives. I rarely play those games these days, though. I've mostly gotten into imported and generally obscure titles. I am always amazed to find more and more great games for a platform that I thought I knew so well.
Plus, mine has a mod chip, so it's easy to try-before-you-buy, which is important as many games can get a little pricey—at least for my standards.

I have a PSone which I play regularly. Awesome system with awesome library of games. It's modchipped so I can also play the several excellent fantranslations that have appeared in recent years.
