Currently one small thing that bugs me is scan lines are noticeable even with s-video. The games were expensive back then, easy to collect. Kinda wish they went cd based instead cartridge only because they had to cut data off then original intended. I wouldn't have mind tall n64 cart just to get more game like neo geo carts.

I've never in my life, ever played a good wrestling game. That is down to personal opinion and experience though.

Scanlines are all about the TV. The brighter the image the less noticeable scanlines are, but it is the TV.

I can't even imagine how much time my friends and I put into WCW vs NWO Revenge.

Keep in mind I've only ever played the THQ and Akklaim ones. Terrible, just terrible.

well then, we might have to change that when you come over ...

I used to play that ALL the damn time, I still have the cart. For some reason wrestling games don't have to be "good" to be fun, they're pretty much inherently fun for the target audience no matter what.

I still prefer the Gamecube, but I grew up with my N64, and it has served me well ever since. A while back, I was able to snatch up a V64 backup unit for it, and just recently got all the parts necessary for it to work! As a bonus, it plays VCDs, so it is an awfully neat parlor trick to play video on my N64.

Also, its library is kind of limited. It shines with FPS and collect-a-thons, but not much else.
This is a pretty fair assessment. There are some all-time-greatest classics on the N64 (Mario 64, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Star Fox 64, and more), but there are also some of the worst games ever (Superman 64). The whole library is small compared to other systems, but it still manages to have some real good
hidden gems.
The games listed on that article are great, but it could do with an update. Some of the 'More Great Games' games deserve more thorough entries than they got.
