I would be going from $11.99 to $17.98 and I was pissed. But after reading some of your comments I may just give them a break and only pay for streaming.

I'm pissed!

However, I am going to try streaming only for a while. Eventually I think I'm just going to dump it. I wish my fiance would let us dump cable too. I don't think I have willingly watched an actual TV show at home in a few years.

I think he meant that streaming cuts in to studio's DVD sales a lot more than the studios expected.

If the studios had it their way, you'd pay $4 each time you WATCHED a movie.

Well, the Netflix bill here goes from $15 to $20. I have no cable, so cancelling Netflix isn't an option. Plus, Redbox's selection stinks.
