Pacific just never clicked, the controls were just alittle to floaty for me.

Did you have trouble in Pacific Assault where you'd getshot then spend about a good minute looking for the enemy? That happened to me all the time.

On a couple stages yes. Not as bad as when I played Farcry though

I had almost the exact opposite problem with Far Cry. The enemies would just run right at me. Sometimes there'd be a sneaky bastard, but not very often. I cant' remember what difficulty I played on, but it was one of the higher difficulties.

When I played Farcry I thought I was Gods gift to FPS's - since I was running through the UT2k4 tournament circuit. So I put the difficulty to the max and it was horrible. I kept getting shot from people inside buildings a mile a way, it was like when I played Counter Strike. Ill give it another shot once it goes on sale on GOG/Steam, but until then I am left with this:

No, UT2K4 is God's gift to FPSes.

Hmm, I'll try playing it again sometime making sure I'm on the max difficulty.
