LOL- The GameFAQs "community" represents the lowest of the low as far as gamers are concerned. Still, I'm surprised at the overall quality of the list (PS3 nonwithstanding).

I'm just glad Sega Saturn got up there. It's such a slept on system that has so many classic games that, even today, have not been given a modern re-release.

How did the 360 revolutionize online gaming? By charging a monthly fee and not even offering built in wi-fi? The Dreamcast revolutionized online gaming. The 360 does nothing in the online gaming department that the PS3 doesn't. Voice chat, sure, but who cares (PS3 is getting it now, too).

The Xbox 360 revolutionized gaming by making it no longer just about gaming. It's now about Facebook, Netflix, ESPN, Party Chat, etc. Personally I'm against that, but I can see how some may see it as a good thing.

One positive aspect of the 360 that I can say without a doubt is a positive is XNA. It's the first time that we average joes can make console games without hacking systems, and can sell them for a profit without breaking the law. It's a very good thing.

Well 360 should be on it and Xbox original should not. 360 is backwards compatible with the important Xbox originals. That being said, the Xbox 360 also has a better game library of exclusives over the PS3 and it revolutionized online gaming and multimedia on a game console.

Most of 360's games are ports of PC games or multiplat, except one or two like Halo or Fable. PS3 actually has a messload of exclusives now, the NOGAEMS meme stopped applying years ago.

Considering the extreme failure rate on the first few years of the 360, I would strongly contest that.

Love... or sheer stupidity. I'm finally getting one now that they're stable but if I ever had a system that died on me more than once, I would find it very hard to waste money on another one (especially how the first two years were with the 360). Even with the 3-year warranty, I'd be really fed up of the cycle of: RROD>>time on phone>>shipping>>MS fix it center>>shipping>>me>>x-amount of time less than the normal lifespan of any other console>>RROD>> repeat~

But on a positive note, I am pleased to see my favorite system at number 1. Though in the end, opinion is opinion and that's that.
