Streets of Rage Remake by Bombergames is one of my favourite remakes.
I also just bought Thexder Neo on PSN, and am enjoying that quite a bit.

The remake on Rhondo of Blood on Dracula X:Chronicles is great, so is the Mega Man X: Maverick Hunter X remake. I also will agree with everyone about the Secret of Monkey Island remake. Pacman Champion Edition is also sweet.
Still waiting on a damn Final Fantasy 7 remake. It'll get here when hell freezes over I guess

I thought it was interesting how of you don't know about the latest thexder remake, thexder neo. It's on psn right now. I can't attest to it's quality as I have played neither it or the original.
Don't that just look oh so tasty?

Best Remake/s ever?
What is in your opinion the best remakes that you've played?
My answer would be the Phoenix Wright games (They were released before as Gyakuten Saiban in Japan for GBA but got never outside until the NDS Version releases).
I also think that Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green for GBA were great remakes of the earlier version for the GB (Pokemon Red and Blue).
Another notable Remake is Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon which is the Remake of the first Fire Emblem game.
