Is it dangerous to run my Xbox anymore?

They also look different in the inside. The one has visible metal contacts.

Which one has the visble metal contacts? The one I have looks like the one on the right. Mine does not have a fuse.

The one on the left has got the visible metal contacts. So is this the bad one?

We need a picture of the other end. That is the end that will have the breaker fuse on it. It looks like a big black box with a green light and a red reset switch on it. It basically keeps your xbox from catching fire when it senses that the cable is running too many amps.It will click just like the breaker box on a hair dryer now adays. If you don't have this and you are having problems with the back of the plug, I would not run it. PM me if you need a pic and I will post a pic of mine.
