Ahh!!Michonne, right?!! Hopefully they'll have her and her trusty Kitana blade! I'm very interested to see what they do w/ the Governor too and if Rick get's his hand chopped off in the tv series.

She's so pivotal in the comics that there is no way she can't be in the show. And I'm spitballing here, but I think it's safe to say that Lori will meet her demise late in next season or early after. Time will tell. But plan on some other people getting the axe tonight.

Rick losing half his arm is HUGE. They pretty much have to include that as it gives us more insight about the virus. But...

Yes, I completely agree man.

I wonder if Lori's demise will be done the same way as the comics though? I mean it was pretty freaking brutal imo. Idk if they could pull that off on TV or not? She was shot from behind by a shot gun blast and she was carrying the baby so the baby died too. That was a pivotal moment though because that particular death led to the Governor's people turning on him. We'll see I guess. I think Hershal's family (except him and Maggie) will die tonight and maybe Carol and T-Dog. Again, we'll know in about a half an hour.

I see what your thinking on these things... however, I hope they do it differently from the comics. I love Hershel as a character. He has that air of someone who lost faith in light of the truth, and, after readjusting his world view, regaining it, though not as heavily as before.

Meh. I want it to be different enough to keep it interesting. The Govenor saga... phew, that could get rough for TV.

Well, twenty-three minutes into the show and hopefully there's been enough zombie killing and character deaths to satisfy everyone. That was pretty epic

There's A LOT from the comic that will never show up in the show, just because of censorship and such things on TV.

Like the ... (Serious Comic spoilers)
little twins getting beheaded and I imagine Lori getting an abortion via shotgun will not happen either. I also imagine since they've already done the whole Carl getting shot thing he won't lose half his face.

I was actually a little bothered by ...
Them developing Shane's character so far past the comics, but just bullshitting out. It really came on too fast, or they didn't hint it well enough that Shane had already crossed that line.

I'm kind of thankful that ...
We'll never see Dale bang Andrea.

I do absolutely think that they need to do the ...
Lori dies story line. Rick is entirely too sane currently.

Also, what's the deal with T-Dog getting 0% development. I mean ...
at the end of Season one his wife decides she's going to (basically) kill herself and stay in the CDC center when it gets purged and he puts up what? 15 seconds of a fight before he's all, "coo" and runs off. AND HE NEVER TALKS ABOUT HIS DEAD WIFE AGAIN. What the hell! This is the biggest gaping hole in the entire show ... outside of the fact that they (not so) cleverly centered every story around the farm this season to save money. Come on AMC, give them their budget back. We need some followup on the plotlines that were laid out in Season 1. What happened to that community center? What about Rick's new-neighbor? What about Earl! He took the goddamn van! I'm not saying these people all need to re-intersect with the group, but something to fill in the gaps would be nice.

The only thing I could think they're doing about Earl is, he might end up being in this group they keep talking about. That could lead to some interesting situations with Darrel and the Rickshell Farm.

To be honest, as a long time fan of the comic ... I'd prefer if the show had even less in common with the books. Just because like .. the super major stuff is pretty much the same. EVENTUALLY, the same things are going to happen to the same characters (or that's how it's looked so far) ... so. I don't know, I mean, last week's episode, it was so obvious that's what they were doing the moment Shane showed out of the woods.

Geez, can people ever talk about this show without bringing up the comic? I'm sure I'm alone on this and probably sound like a troll, but I find it kind of annoying.

Okay. That was pretty awesome. I'm really psyched about next season. Especially with Rick acting all pissy now.

Now that last scene with Andrea..... O_o What the hell was that? Is that in the comics? I assume it is. I haven't read them.

Completely related to the comics.

Next seasons arc is going to push the limits of graphic content that will rival Breaking Bad. I'm just glad the finale fulfilled all of my expectations.
