Now ... I'm not sure if the thread is for games beaten or just played, but I'll address both.

Sadly if you weights the statistics of it ... if I own a game, I likely haven't finished it yet.

My most egregious is I've never beaten a Zelda game ... but I'm at the end of most of them. (Go figure) The only Zelda's I've had when they came out were Ocarina, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword. Ocarina I played when I got it, but at the time the Water temple really stumped me (I've played passed it since ... it's not complicated ... like at all ... I don't know what my problem was) Since then I've always felt that I should finish the others first before moving on ... not because of continuity, but mostly because I want my primary experiences to be the better ones (namely LTTP and OoT) ... I think I've procrastinated beating them because .... I really like them and I kind of don't want them to end

I suppose to biggest embarrassment of a game I own and haven't played yet is likely any of the Arc the Lad games on the Arc the Lad Collection.

I've been burned by this kind of behavior before too. I have the Superman Man of Steel DVD set. And it took me like 2 years to actually get around to watching any of them from the set, when I realized it had print errors. And they no longer give legitimate replacements (You have to send the entire set in, I was like nope)

even though my original post was over a year ago, i haven't beaten any of the games i had listed! aargh! i've been slowly building up steam to tackle some of them in the upcoming months, though, so hopefully by this time next year i'll have at least a few of them crossed off of my list. i did finally play through chrono trigger last year, though.
