Picked up a couple of PSX to Saturn controller adapters from someone local last night. Playing Layer Section with my HRAP 2 SA is pure butter now.

very nice. it really is insane how much better a real quality joystick makes a shmup or fighter!

^no shit. I beat my highest score in Layer Section tonight without putting much thought into it. I think I'm finally going to swap in an LS 32-01.

I'm playing Cloudphobia and Steel Saviour on PC right now with my SFIV Fightstick. Yeah, both games rock and are insanely hard. Cloudphobia is a little different as it punishes you for missing enemies
