I sure as hell don't!!!

I know you don't but c'mon, in the 16bit wars, there were only two contenders, SNES & GEN.

To be 100% honest even growing up in the nintendo vs sega days, I didn't hear about turbographix until sometime in the 2000's

I vaguely knew about TurboGrafx, only because I had a big hardcase that had the Turbografx-16 logo that I stored my SNES in all the time.
I never even knew it was a console until way later.

Of course not. When you leave the best games in Japan, of course no one will really know how good the system is. (I guess NECs marketing wasn't enough either - I saw some ads in magazines and previews of PC Engine games so I knew I wanted to get it when it came out.)

I am a Sega fan who prefers the Genesis over the SNES. And I call bullshit on that thread title of yours.
Take some time to play its classics before hating it. I recommend Super Metroid, Link to the Past, Star Fox, and Yoshi's Island. If you've already played those and still hate the SNES, then damn.

(the title is a joke, read later in the thread)

It's not a joke! Denounce this outrage, scarper! This is unacceptable!

I feel your pain. My fav system is the Saturn and soooooo many games that should of came stateside didn't. Not saying it would have 'saved' the Saturn from 3rd place but a larger selection of better games couldn't have hurt it chances.
