Inazuma.
To claim people who disagree with you have to be ignorant is incorrect. People can come to different conclusions from the same facts. This is why people get second opinions from different doctors.
Statements about morals are unprovable by nature. For example, you can't prove harming people is morally wrong. You can believe it is, but you can't prove it.
Also, Christians are not commanded to kill gays.

Re: Let's fight back against the NDAA
This thread is disappoint.
I've read 14 pages and not one of the government apologists here has given a reason why they believe indefinite detention is a positive thing, just the typical "don't do anything bad and you won't get into trouble lol!" type nonsense. I'm having flashbacks to the Patriot Act justifications.
If you're going to claim that authority over citizens is necessary, you'd better have a damn good reason to justify it.

Who are these "government apologists"? I haven't seen a single person claim that indefinite detention is a positive thing.BoneSnapDeez wrote:This thread is disappoint.

This isn't the flamiest political thread we've had, but it's probably the silliest, most poorly argued, ramblingest one we've had.AmishSamurai wrote:No, but this one stands out as the worst amongst the bad.noiseredux wrote:we've had good political threads on here?

Apparently. I'm pretty sure I even stated that I am pro-gay marriage, despite any religious conviction otherwise. I am making no pointless attempt to convince anyone anything about anyone's stance on homosexual issues.o.pwuaioc wrote:So this thread is about Breetai not murdering gay people, Hatta feeling persecuted because he smokes pot, and everything but the NDAA?
I'm also pro-legalization of narcotics despite being against doing them, for the record.

Exactly. You can't argue with me because you are completely wrong, and you know it. It's really a shame how close minded you are.Breetai wrote:I'm not responding to this [insert slang here] beyond saying I'm not responding to this [insert slang here].Inazuma wrote:...
