The writting is top notch and very engrossing...Take it from me - i absolutely hate reading in video games, and i haven't picked up a book in over 13 years.

No offense, but I don't think I'd take advice on good "writting" from someone who hasn't read a book in 13 years.

No problem, though it wasn't meant to be an advice, just a hindsight that nothing has interested me to actually invest time in reading for over 13 years. The fact that the word count in this game can fill in the first six books of Harry Potter, yet it still managed to become one of my favorites of all times that i have replayed a number of times over the years, is nothing short of a miracle to me.

English is my 2nd language, i've been studying it for a couple of years, casually..

It's well established amongst RPG fans and game critics that PS:T is the cream of the crop when it comes to writing in video games and RPGs in particular. You can compare games to books and books to movies, but they're different mediums and work differently, so it criticizing games by the standards of books is senseless when books have been around much longer and books aren't narratively held down by arcade roots nor by the necessity of having interactivity and gameplay. The protagonists in Dostoevsky's books never started suddenly running around in circles, jumping on top of people and throwing thrash at them.
