I'm downloading my freebie right now.

I got Donkey Kong country Returns 3d

I found at my work a clearance Sony 16gb SD card for about $9.00 with my worker discount.

I am putting in my new codes once again.

Lets see how close I can get to gold again.

After downloading DKC Returns 3D, I just went straight for a 32GB card. I previously had the stock 4GB card. DKCR3D took up half the card! It's 17,665 blocks, which equates to about 2.2GB. That's large, consider Super Mario 3D Land is only 2318 blocks, or about 290MB. I suppose that DKCR was a Wii game, and could be as large as 4.7GB. But in terms of 3DS games, I think it's out of the park huge.

yeah, I heard about DKC and its hugeness.

I was debating on which free game to get.

I do have a normal wii but my friends keep telling me to hack it. I havent done that yet. Thats why these last few times there have been free games or cheap points games, I've gotten stuff for my 3ds.

And when I saw that clearance SD card, I knew I had to get DKC.

Oh and on another note...I redeemed my club nintendo points from games that I purchased in the last few months (and some empty cases from the fleamarket) and I am now GOLD Status!

Twelve different wii and Ds and 3ds titles did it.

If I do the math, its about 80 bucks of spending to reach gold.

not bad, if I say so myself. Now on to platinum!

That announcement had me slightly annoyed but NES remix isn't good enough that I feel I have to play the second one.

The second one is better IMO. If only because of the games that are in it, I just like them better than the games that are in the first one.

This sort of thing annoys me. I've already bought them both. I'd so much rather have a physical release. Meh.
