But probably the reason i and some others here don't get why you don't wan't to play monkey island on a pc is because we played it back when it was only on pc. And a mouse became a standard for point and click.
That's fine. I'm just saying, it sort of bothers me that a lot of the response are people trying to "get" why someone would want to do something, rather than just trying to help the person asking the question accomplish whatever it is they're trying to accomplish.
I agree - it is really frustrating. You said it best right here, homey:

I've been playing it on PSP instead. And that's been fine. It looks beautiful stretched to the wide screen.

But all in all, I'm a console guy. I've gotten accustom to playing my games on my PS2, so I'd rather just find a way to do so if possible (the getting these things to work part of it appeals to me on the electro-hobby level).

But yeah. I've just never liked playing games on a PC. No real reason. Just not into it.

funny.

I guess 2009 noise is as absurd as the thought of someone like Mike buying flash carts. Like, huge group-buys of flash carts. Lol.

Eh, 2009 noise wasn't so bad. A bit of a dweeb, sure, but he sure knew his Game Boy games.
